Club days, outings, and special events. More than sport — a true club experience.

Toddler & Preschool Gymnastics

Toddler and preschool gymnastics for children from 2 to 6 years, together with a parent or guardian. The lessons focus on having fun and moving together. Appealing to imagination and strengthening self-confidence.

The lessons for preschoolers aged 4 to 6 focus on gymnastics on equipment, play, and free movement.

Girls gymnastics & tumbling

Girls aged 6 and up can do gymnastics at different levels: recreational or competitive.

The trainers determine the level and each individual's ambitions after having worked with the children for a while. Competitive and recreational gymnastics is possible and primarily promotes suppleness and flexibility. Children who want to reach a higher level and are willing to invest more time train more.

Boys gymnastics

Boys aged 6 and up can do gymnastics at different levels: recreational or competition-oriented.

The trainers determine the level and everyone's ambitions after working with the children for a while. Both competitive and recreational gymnastics are possible.

Jumping groups

There are jumping groups for boys and girls, suitable for all boys and girls from age 6; recreational and selected members.

In the beginner jumping group, we practice using a trampoline and thick mats to master the art of jumping. Here, the foundation is laid for spectacular jumps such as somersaults and twists. No jumping experience is necessary.

If you already have experience on your own trampoline, the jumping group offers new challenges, and it is possible to eventually progress to the advanced jumping group.

Adults & 50+

The 50+ group consists of men who play recreational volleyball together weekly. Socializing and exercising together come first — no pressure to perform, just enjoying sports together.

Other activities

In addition to gymnastics and tumbling, Impuls also organizes a number of other activities for the members.

Pietengym: For children aged 4 to 8, with all kinds of gymnastics and game activities. Always a big success!

Club Days: A pleasant end to the season for all members and their families.
